Antibiotics: Adenopathy is enlargement of lymph nodes. If he ad a wound and a lymph node close tot he wound enlarged it might be infected. It is important he is examined by his physician because he might need antibiotics. A frequent cause of adenpathy in pediatrics is cat scratch disease. If he had contact with cats request a test for cat scratch disease.
