Enlarged lymph node: Please clarify the question. Supraclavicular lymphadenopathy just means enlarged lymph node on the neck area. It can be of different reason why it is swollen, it can be just a simple infection of head and neck area or a sign of something more serious. Please consult your doctor who referred you for ultrasound. Good luck!

Need follow-up: Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck can be due to many causes. In the presence of infection, the nodes will enlarge and then return to normal after treatment. More serious causes include lymphoma and other malignancies in the head and neck area. ESR is elevated with both causes. In your age group, infection is more common, but if no infection and the node remains large biopsy should be considered
