I have an area on my forehead and another on my eye socket that have swollen over the last two days. i now have tenderness under the jaw. any ideas?

Possible shingles: This could be the beginning of a shingles outbreak. It could also be a sty or other bacterial infection. The tenderness under your jaw may be a swollen lymph node. Best to get a thorough exam ASAP. Shingles is best treated with anti-virals early.

Multiple possibility: Several possibilities: inflammatory processes like infection or autoimmunity, if dark may be blood disorder, could be allergic. Difficult to pin down with your description.
