My rbc is high at 5.9, hemoglobin is high at 18 gm/dl, and hemotacrit is high at 54%. my iron saturation is slightly high but ferritin is normal. my symptoms are burning, itching, and muscle pain throughout my body. what could this all mean?

You have polycythemia or increased red blood cells that can be seen in many conditions aside from blood disorders. Your main doctor should be your main resource, a hematologist’s opinion may be needed.
