Is it normal to have a fever and a high heart rate with a sinus infection? i went to the doctors no covid, but there is fluid build up in my ear from sinus. i didnt have a fever at the doctors but on and off when at home. also very dizzy?

The collective symptoms listed even without fever and covid; still require attention. A return to the PCP for evaluation and management, seem appropriate.

There may be an infection which involves the sinuses and middle ear. Both infections usually respond well to a course of Amoxicillin or another antibiotic. Rinse nasal passages with saline. Avoid smoke and monitor temperature. A Flu test is also recommended. A virtual consultation with HT is available.

I would retest for COVID by PCR if not already done as well.
