Hello doctors i have a nodule on my left buttock near anus for past 3 months. mri was done nothing showed up all normal. its very painful when i press on it or when i sit down. its size of marble. it comes and go. what could this be? please help me?

It is very strange that you had an MRI for a nodule which can be felt.. Best is to see a surgeon for exam and treatment as it could be one of many things- abscess, thrombosed hemorrhoid etc. Good luck.
