I have hysterectomy removed in 4 years. now i have my left thigh pain down to the knee. my doctor think from hyst removed mri show neg on the back?

Neurology consult.: I would recommend a neurology consultation. Leg/thigh pain can have different causes. A nerve conduction test or other tests may help pinpoint the nerve involved. A normal lumbar spine MRI may not completely rule out nerve problems as sometimes a pelvic or leg MRI or even an MRI neurography (which is not commonly done) may be needed to study the involved nerves.

Probably not: It is not likely that a hysterectomy done four years ago would cause you to have leg or thigh pain now.
