Hello doctor. i have a severe pain in my tailbone area and inside my anus also the pain goes to the right side of my buttocks and leg.

Anal pain: Pain of the ischio-rectal area can be for various reasons.. Tail bone, irritation to rectum, abscess. If the pain is severe best to get checked which will warrant a rectal exam.
