There is not enough detail here to be able to tell what is causing your symptoms. It may be related to your peptic ulcer disease, or to some other gastrointestinal problem. Given the slight elevations in amylase and lipase, a test to look at the pancreas may be needed also. You should return to your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist for follow up. Good luck.
