My 90 year old dad needs a tooth extracted and his dr told him stop xarelto, plavix and aspirin 5 days before and start lovenox shots. these lovenox shots can be taken while having the extraction? these shots won't increase bleeding?

The Lovenox is an anticoagulant and if recommended by doctor than it is safe. Consult with your surgeon as to protocol of shots.
