Hello. i have been on 25mg of sertraline for over a year (general anxiety). my dr. recently prescribed 10mg of propanalol to be taken before "stage fright" situations. is it okay to take the prop immediately after or with the sertraline? thanks?

Question about 150mg sertraline in the AM, two doses of 10mg Propanalol during the day and 10mg amitriptyline at night. I also have 2mg diazepam as needed. Is this going to help anxiety??
I started 25mg sertraline today and I've had about 5 skipped heart beats , is this common? I used to take this medication a year ago, plus I'm on 20mg propranolol?
