What is your advice if i feel excessive worrying and feeling tired with some anxiety and sadness i take propanalol 40 for 3yrs and diazepam 2 for 1yr and now aslo doc add zoloft 25 and olanzipine 2mg but they don't give that effect ?

Troubling combo: Both propranolol and diazepam can worsen depression, and your other meds can have distinct emotional effects. I am baffled by the combinations, and think this should be fully assessed and modified. A psychiatrist should be consulted. Maybe, a virtual consult here at HT, would be an appropriate starting point.
