Are these all prescribed by one doctor? If not, you need to pick one doctor and have him/her check all the medications, including any over the counter, herbals, supplements you are taking. It seems excessive.

Quite a witch's brew! This combination is risky and provides the likelihood of multiple deleterious medication interactions. You need but ONE physician to manage this and straighten this out before you wind up in an Emergency Room. Consider cognitive-behavioral therapy instead of all these medications.
