Blood in urine: 16 to 18 RBC's in the urine indicates blood in the urine. Blood in the urine (unless it is menstrural blood) is not normal and should be evaluated. Possible causes include infection, stones, blood disorders, trauma and tumors. Your doctor can help sort this out.
