I got an enlarged lymphnode taken out under my right under arm 4 years ago, it was about 3cm and it was not malignant. now, i am having aching pain under the same arm and i feel a pea sized bump which i think may be an lymphnode. is that worrisome?

Lymph node is rarely causing aching pain except a reactive lymph node may be tender when palpating it. I am not sure what you have but almost for sure it is not a malignant lesion. The bump could be a boil, infected cyst, etc. See your doctor for a definite diagnosis but you should not worry at all. Good luck.
