2-3 years ago i found a pea sized hard bump completely underneath the skin. in the last 4 months it has spread to arms, shoulder, back, and torso. i have dozens. not hard rock solid, but not soft in any way. i know they are not cysts. what do i have?

Dermatologist: Consult your physician or dermatologist for evaluation and advice. Multiple benign fatty tumors are a possibility, although I have not seen so many on a patient. Neurofibromatosis is another uncommon possibility.
