Shoulder blade mass: This may be a ganglion cyst ( though shoulder blade area is rare) which can be painful or a regular cyst/fibroma. if it is painful follow up with dermatology/surgery as they can remove it . https://orthoinfo.aaos.org/en/diseases--conditions/ganglion-cyst-of-the-wrist-and-hand/
