My 4 yr old has a red bump in armpit, been there at least a month. has white center but no pore opening. sore to touch. 1/4 size of a pea, moveable.

Infection: Sounds like a local furuncle, or abscess. Have you tried warm compress to help it open and perhaps drain? If your child has fever though, then I would have it looked at by MD.
