There are many possible causes-it could be a lymph node or a small skin abscess, among other things. This warrants getting checked by your doctor because the soreness could indicate a problem. A sore, enlarged lymph node could be a sign of an infection, for example. So, see your doctor and get it checked! Best of luck to you!
