I am 60yrs old and have been having pain in my left knee. the dr said my mri reported that i have a torn meniscus. the pain has been going on for a couple of years. i have had several swhat can i do to ease the pain from my torn meniscus in my knee?

Because you have had this knee pain for years and now torn meniscus is detected by MRI so knee problem is chronic issue. You should be evaluated by an orthopedist for intervention. Good luck.
