Do angiotensin receptor blockers increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun (photosensitivity)? on valsartan 40mg for the past year i notice that my arms and face get tanned faster than before and stay tanned longer. coincidence?

It is not a coincidence. Angiotensin II receptor blockers are known to occasionally cause photosensitivity. If it is causing bad sunburns, use a lot of sunscreen, stay out of this sign, and contact your doctor to see if you need to switch medications. Good luck.
