Your heart beating is what produces the pulse in your wrist. If that pulse feels irregular, it could mean you have an irregular heart beat but it could also be due to not feeling every beat in your wrist. If you can feel the pulse in your neck (carotid artery, located on the sides of your neck), that tends to be easier to feel so if that is irregular, your heart may be irregular. See your doctor

Most of the time, majority of regular heart beats are perceived as radial pulse. When heart is irregular with stronger and weaker beats only some heart beats can be palpated as radial pulse.
