Sometimes, when you are feeling your pulse in your wrist, you won’t feel every beat because it is a peripheral blood vessel. It is not as sensitive as listening to your heart in your chest. So, you may not feel every beat that your heart is doing. If there is any question about your pulse being regular or the exact rate, you should see your doctor. Good luck!
