Why are you checking your urine so often? Your urine results will depend on your diet and fluid intake. Depending on your food/fluid intake, your urine results will vary. You really don’t need to check your urine repeatedly if you have no urinary symptoms. If you develop symptoms, see your doctor-perhaps you should see urology to address your concerns. Good luck!!

I assume your urine specific gravity value was normal indicating no problem concentrating or diluting your urine. As a guideline you should drink about 2& 1/2 quarts of total fluids per day, urinate about every 4 hours, put out about 1.8 quarts of urine per day. The 2 plus amorphous phosphates in your urinalysis is not significant. You can retain fluids because of heat,hormonal variation,meds
