Is it better to take isosorbide mononitrate 10 mg tab before bed or in the morning ? will it last long enough to cover me during sleep? i have coronary vasospasm/micro vascular angina and history of v tach?

With a half life of only 5 hours, I don't think that taking ISMO only once daily will adequately cover you for variant angina or coronary vasospasm for 24 hours. Discuss this with your cardiologist who knows you best though.
