I take imdur (isosorbide mononitrate er) 60 mg every morning. i alwyas take it exactly at 10am and ive never altered more than about 30 minutes. is there still a chance i develop tolerances ? i have vasospastic angina?

If you were developing a tolerance, then on the same dose of medication, you would be having symptoms of your angina. As long as you are not having any angina issues, then the medicine is still effective at the current dose. Be sure to follow up with your cardiologist for monitoring. Good luck!
