This apparent positional symptom may be caused by a pinched or irritable superficial nerve. However, even though there's no pain when walking& weight bearing, ,I think you should have a physician or, preferably, a podiatrist carefully examine your heel. Appropriate testing will be done. This could include an X-Ray or EMG..
