Then see a doctor.: Numbness an bea local issue like a neuroma or a tarsal tunnel. Diseases like diabetes can cause numbness. Herniated discs in the back can cause numb toes, vitamin deficiencies can cause numb toes. Small shoes can cause numb toes....
