Back issues: Your symptoms are similar to someone with back issues. Most likely sciatica. You should see a neurologist or orthopedist for follow up studies such as an MRI

Be seen: There are a number of possibilities; usually of a neurological origin such as "sciatica, or vascular. A good exam and appropriate studies would likely yield an accurate diagnosis. I would not hesitate to be seen.
