Sounds like 2 things: Tingling hands are often the presenting symptom of carpal tunnel syndrome. One can also develop neuropathy in the lower extremities, but the area you describe would be pretty uncommon. Do you feel a mass or bump in the back of the knee? Sometimes a popliteal cyst can cause compression in that and be painful with pain referred down the leg. You could also have a ruptured cyst. See orthopedics soon.
