Could be: And if anyone hasn't told you, walking on the back sounds like a great idea but it's too much weight and force on the spine from above. I'd recommend against it. As far as the tingling, it could be from a nerve being pinched. Hopefully the aggressive massage didn't cause a disk problem. See your family md for eval.
