Single knuckle on dominant hand has been sore for 2 months. dont remember injuring it, or overstraining or stress to it. no swelling, bruising or redness. just hurts. tested negative for all stds over a 12 week period. what could this be?

Dont know why you were checked for STD for knuckle soreness. If no swelling then take ibuprofen for a few days and do hand and finger exercises with a rubber or tennis ball. If not better then see a ortho doc.
