Question regarding, window period of basic panel of std tests. i had given blood through right hand veins. wanted to know the window period. is it 45 days or 90 days? please let me know?

The window periods are different for the various infections, and also with the specific test the lab does. For syphilis and HIV, the standard tests are conclusive any time after 6 weeks. The HSV (herpes) test takes 3 month, or sometimes 4 months. No other STD blood tests are necessary or worthwhile. I'm not sure why you mention your right hand: of course left or right makes no difference.
