Could taking ny quil a few nights in a row elevate atl number on a blood test? i had also took it the night before the test. tested around 7am the next morning. all other liver numbers were normal. alt was at 96?

Nyquil contains acetaminophen (tylenol) which is notoriously causing abnormal liver enzymes, especially isolated increase in ALT. You should have the test repeated after off medication(s) for at least 3 days. There is nothing to worry at this time. Good luck.
