I took 4th gen ag/ab hiv tests exactly 1 month after exposure and then again 6 weeks after exposure. both negative. do i need to continue testing? i had covid at 3 weeks after exposure. would this impact the window periods for the hiv tests?

Dear Doctor, Im wondering whether Covid infection can cause delay of HIV window period. I tested HIV ag 0.39(CO 0.25), negative ab use Elisa @25 daysafter exposure. I got Covid @day 35, retested HIV use Roche ag/ab ECLIA @30,35,42,43,52 all negative?
