Exposure to, or infection with, COVID-19 will not affect your HIV status or the result of testing for HIV. Most likely you are HIV negative but if you want to be absolutely certain, repeat the 4th generation test at 90 days following exposure

I took 4th gen ag/ab HIV tests exactly 1 month after exposure and then again 6 weeks after exposure. Both negative. Do I need to continue testing? I had COVID at 3 weeks after exposure. Would this impact the window periods for the HIV tests?
