There's a couple of possibilities. Yes, you can sometimes palpate lymph nodes in thin people as part of a normal exam. If you are not sick and nothing changes then like most 20-yr-olds you've just noticed something you never paid attention to before. Mononucleosis is prevalent at your age and could cause slightly enlarged lymph nodes and no symptoms or a mild sore throat. Talk to a doctor.
