Possibly viral: if you have other symptoms such as fever , aches, malaise. Check with a private doctor to have definitive tests, especially if you noted enlarged nodes suddenly without any associated pain, tenderness or apparent illness. The cause need to be known because most causes are treatable. In your age, mononucleosis is prime suspect but you need to be seen.
