I've had lymph nodes swollen for 4-5 months and i've been to a doctor who said its fine i'm skinny and don't have much muscle they are in my neck chest and groin area they are movable and soft and roll under finger is this okay and fine?

I consider those of normal size (not swollen) when they are about 1 cm and they are usually easily found in the neck. Unless there were other history or findings that suggest a problem I would ignore them. You don't try to fix normal.
