If there is no mass or cyst then you do have to worry much about pancreatic punctate calcifications, especially if you have history of chronic pancreatitis. If that is the case, you need to get rid of the risk factors such as alcohol intake, gallstones, pancreatitis-induced medication(s), etc. Stay with a GI doctor and follow his (her) advice. Good luck.
