Usually: There are no symptoms of pancreas cancer unless it is large enough to cause bile blockage, intestinal blockage, or pains. Two tiny 6 mm cysts are likely nothing except an incidental radiology finding get an opinion from a GI specialist or go to a major medical center for specialized endoscopic ultrasound testing, etc.
