Recently had a ct w/o contrast for pancreas. scan picked up 4.2 cm rt ov cyst. rechecked w/ vag u/s and said 2 cysts rt ov 2.2 & 1.8 cm same cyst?.

Probably: the same cysts. CT usually not very good in female pelvis to look at ovaries. Ultrasound is much better.
