I had an upper molar removed 4, almost 5 days ago, i was wondering if im still at risk for dry socket, or if i would be ok to start using tobacco/marijuana again?

Dry socket will usually manifest itself within the first few days after an extraction when the blood clot dislodges. You are probably fine, but waiting a full week before resuming normal activities would be better.

Smoking dries tissues, contains tissue irritants, and delays healing. Try to hold off for a full week. The rest you already know. Tobacco use causes cancer. Marijuana use causes neurologic damage, among other risks. If you can make it a week, you can make it for a prolonged life. Quit and enjoy those extra years.
