Avoid smoke exposure, have a pulmonary function test with a bronchodilator challenge. Nasal saline is often useful in reducing post nasal drip. Allergy testing may be helpful. Watch for shortness of breath, discuss the need for inhalers with a physician. A virtual consult with HT is available.
