Im 20 and im afraid of having copd i smoked a lot of cigarettes in high school and mixed marijuana with tobacco heavily. is there a chance i could have it my only symptoms being really bad post nasal drip dry throat and a small wheeze?

Avoid smoke exposure, have a pulmonary function test with a bronchodilator challenge. Nasal saline is often useful in reducing post nasal drip. Allergy testing may be helpful. Watch for shortness of breath, discuss the need for inhalers with a physician. A virtual consult with HT is available.
