A 31-year-old female asked:

I had my wisdom teeth out a week ago today. when i was flushing the socket with the syringe they gave me a white tissue like thing came out. there was no bleeding. did i accidentally dislodge the blood clot? can i get dry socket after 7 days?

Not to worry...: if you're not having any real pain or a dull ache...no dry socket. They may have put some packing in the hole that was left. The usual thing is just food that collects in that hole and then you flushed it out. No pain or bleeding..go about your buz and don't worry. But... if you are concerned go back to whomever removed them and see. Peace of mind is valuable.

7 days: You should be OK. If you have pain, bleeding, swelling, bad breath, call your Surgeon for an evaluation.
