You probably should have this evaluated by your cardiologist. You may need to have a monitor in place to see if you are having any arrhythmia to explain what you are experiencing, especially given that you are taking medicine that would typically slow your heart rate. So, see your cardiologist for evaluation, testing and treatment, if needed. Good luck!
