I think i've had varicocele around 4 years ago and i home treated it. after it got better i couldn't stop ejaculating and it became a habit so now my left testicle is the size of a raisin unlike the right. is there anything i can do to regain growth?

I am not sure if frequent masturbation is able to cure varicocele and then causing your left testicular shrinkage. You need to see a urologist as soon as possible. Good luck.

Two errors. Self diagnosis of varicocele and self treatment. Ejaculation is not related to your present problem. Pl see a Urologist for evaluation and management. Next time pl dont try to self-diagnose a medical problem Good luck
