35f - i got my first migraine 3 weeks ago. i had a few days of feeling fine. ive had headaches every day for the past 2 weeks. mainly feel then in the front of my head and temple areas. dr says theyre tension headaches. should i request ct or mri?

Suggest you solidify your diagnosis and get confirmation of the varieties of headaches you suffer. Since it is highly unlikely that imaging will provide any significant guidance, this needs further discussion with your doctor. Resolve all of this via a second opinion from an experienced and seasoned neurologist, preferably one who focuses on the field of headaches.
