Quest for a rheumatologist: i have hypoglycemia fibromyalgia ibs chronic migraine, symptoms dry mouth dizziness overactive bladder difficulty walking pins and needle headache seeing neurologist no findings normal blood work and mri. what's cause?

Need to examine: If the specialists who examined you were not able to provide a satisfactory answer, it would be impractical for doctors on this forum to do so. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health.
