Brain mri result any consideration? 2 small punctate foci of t2 prolongation. these are nonspecific and may be due to chronic small vessel ischemia, migraine, or other cause of gliosis. demyelinating disease is not excluded but there are no distinct?

The interpretation of this MRI is highly dependent on the medical history and neurology exam. You should discuss with your neurologist or request to be seen by a neurologist if you have not seen one. Good luck.

The findings on your MRI are nonspecific and nondiagnostic, and unlikely to clinically correlate with any progressive brain disorder. Presumably you weren't just walking past an MRI facility and decided to make an impulse purchase. An MD ordered the test for a reason. What was the reason? The MRI isn't the patient, you are. Test results are meaningless out of context. The doc who ordered the test is ethically obligated to review & explain the results to you, or if (s)he can't, to send you to someone who can.
